Prior roles include Sales Trainer at TSA Solutions, overseeing sales training for hotels, and Senior Vice-President of Operations at Hotel Dynamics, where over $40 million in annual turnover was achieved through the establishment of call centres. Earlier career experiences at Napp Pharmaceuticals Limited and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer involved clinical research and bioanalytical development.
