Valerie Harris serves as Vice President at Forrest Technical Coatings since February 2015, leading initiatives in system selection, technology implementation, and product development, which includes achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification and enhancing production planning. Valerie previously held positions such as Global Director of Process Engineering at Pall Corporation, where leadership of a team of 80 global engineers was key, and Director of Global Engineering Operations at Cytec, focusing on product research and productivity. Valerie's extensive tenure at Eastman Kodak included various leadership roles, directing R&D and engineering teams with a focus on commercialization, strategic planning, and cost savings. Educational achievements include an EMBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
