Lesley Wilson

Lesley Wilson is a highly experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of HR at Dataplan Payroll Limited since September 2016. Wilson has held the position of HR Manager at Forrester Boyd Accountants since June 1989, where involvement spans all facets of HR, including strategy, employment law, employee relations, and recruitment. Previous experience includes a role as an Accounts Clerk at Yara from October 1976 to May 1989. Educational qualifications consist of an MSc in HR Management and a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Lincoln, complemented by foundational education at Barton Grammar School.
