Brigitte Majewski is a seasoned executive in product experience and digital strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Product Experience and Design at Forrester since June 2015, where leadership extends over Voice of the Customer, Design, and Digital Analytics teams to enhance product loyalty through targeted experiences. Previously, Brigitte held several VP roles at Forrester, including VP of Digital Experience and VP of Digital Strategy, focusing on creating customer-centric omni-channel products. Prior to Forrester, significant experience was gained at Publicis as Vice President, Director of Strategy, and other leadership roles at Modem Media, IBM Business Consulting Services, Mainspring Inc., Fidelity Investments, and Andersen Consulting. Brigitte holds an MBA in Strategy from Yale School of Management and a BS in Engineering from Boston University.
