Cortney Eldridge

Cortney Eldridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data quality and market research analytics, currently serving as Director of Data Quality and Director of Data Center of Excellence at Forrester since February 2013. In this role, Cortney leads the programming, cleaning, and delivery of global benchmark surveys across various sectors, partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality data outputs. Previous roles include Senior Data Insights Manager, where analysis supported financial services clients, and a Senior Operations Research Analyst at Technology Solutions Experts, where project management and algorithm development were key responsibilities. Cortney also has a strong background in market research from previous positions at Lyra Research, RSMB Television Research, and Russell, Brier, & Co., complemented by academic credentials including an MS in Operations Research from Northeastern University and a BSc in Statistics and Operational Research from the University of Westminster.
