Donnell Wright is the SLED New Business Sales Director for North America at Forrester, where they lead a bi-national team focused on assisting state, local, and education leaders with technology modernization, cybersecurity, and operational improvements. With a background in advising public sector executives, they emphasize research-driven strategies to drive impactful transformations. Previously, they held leadership roles at JP Morgan Chase, Numerator, and SDL International, where they managed sales organizations and developed customer experience strategies. Donnell is dedicated to simplifying complex environments and enhancing community outcomes through effective decision-making. Currently, they are pursuing further education at California State University, Long Beach.
