Rick Parrish serves as Vice President and Research Director at Forrester since October 2013, leading the Forrester Decisions for Customer Experience Service, the company's largest research initiative. Parrish has held several positions at Forrester, including Vice President and Principal Analyst on customer obsession, and Principal Customer Experience Analyst, where contributions included the development of the Customer Experience Maturity Model. Prior to Forrester, Parrish worked at the Central Intelligence Agency from May 2008 to November 2013 as an Intelligence Analyst and Manager, overseeing a team responsible for high-profile program assessments and strategic analysis. Parrish earned a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Loyola University New Orleans.
