Justin Baer

Justin Baer is an accomplished professional in program evaluation and policy analysis, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Fors Marsh since July 2019, having previously held the role of Vice President in the same area. From February 2015 to July 2019, Justin worked as a Principal Associate and Education Practice Lead at Abt Associates. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Research Scientist/Director at CNA and Senior Research Analyst at NEA, as well as various roles at the American Institutes for Research, progressing from Research Analyst to Senior Research Analyst. Justin Baer earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from the University of Washington, complemented by a Master's degree in Sociology from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The George Washington University.
