Russell Hayer

Russell Hayer is an accomplished creative leader with extensive experience in the advertising and media industries. Currently serving as Chief Creative Officer and Executive Creative Director at Fors Marsh since May 2022, Russell previously held prominent roles at Ogilvy from March 2012 to May 2022, including SVP Group Creative Director and Head of Design. As a founding member and Chief Creative of Elvie from February 2014 to June 2019, Russell demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Additional experience includes serving as Creative Director at Hayer&Co, Comedy Central, and Channel 5, as well as holding various creative positions at MTV UK. Russell's educational background includes a degree in Graphic Arts from Liverpool John Moores University and studies at the Kent Institute of Art and Design.
