Jim Hicks

Jim Hicks serves as Of Counsel at Forsberg & Umlauf, P.S. in Seattle, Washington since June 2025 and has been an Arbitrator for King County Superior Court since May 2013. Previously, Jim Hicks was a Partner and Trial Attorney at Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska LLC from January 2022 to June 2025, and at Foley & Mansfield, PLLP from October 2016 to January 2022. Jim Hicks also held the position of Hearing Officer with the Washington State Bar Association from October 2014 to October 2024.
