Baptiste Chatelain

Baptiste Chatelain is currently serving as RRH site and responsable des relations sociales in France at Forsee Power since July 2022 and also as a conseiller prud'hommes at Conseil de Prud’hommes de Poitiers since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as responsable service juridique/emploi/formation at MEDEF VIENNE from March 2017 to July 2022, where Baptiste assisted companies with legal and human resource issues and conducted training sessions on social and protection law. Additionally, from January 2014 to March 2017, Baptiste worked as a juriste et formateur en Droit social at UIMM Yonne, providing legal assistance to businesses and teaching social law to students. Earlier positions include chargé de mission RH at Orange and juriste en droit social at Alerion Société d'Avocats, focusing on social law matters. Baptiste holds two Master 2 degrees: one in Management des ressources humaines et stratégie de l'entreprise from IAE Tours Val de Loire and another in Droit social from Université de Tours.
