Irene Ermitano

Irene Ermitano, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at FORSHAW Inc since March 2023. Prior to this role, Irene held positions including Senior Human Resources Manager at Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for a manufacturer/distributor of storage and automotive products, and Human Resources Operations Manager at Hawthorne Residential Partners, a multifamily management group. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at FFF Enterprises, a supplier of critical-care biopharmaceuticals, and at HealthTrackRx, a national laboratory specializing in toxicology testing. Irene began their career as a Data Services Supervisor at PCLS and gained initial experience as a Regulatory Assistant intern at Ecolab.
