Rita Sancheti

Rita Sancheti is a seasoned HR and organizational effectiveness consultant with extensive experience in optimizing business performance and enhancing employee engagement. Currently serving as Principal HR and Org Effectiveness Consultant at Forshay since 2017, Rita previously held key positions at Genentech, where leadership development and fostering an inclusive culture were primary responsibilities. Additionally, Rita contributed to organizational effectiveness as a Management Consultant at Booz & Company and served government clients at Arthur Andersen. Rita's foundational work as a Personnel Research Psychologist at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management involved innovative research impacting federal personnel applications and policies. Rita holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University, along with relevant certifications from the University of Southern California.
