Henry Pooley

Henry Pooley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the financial technology and payment solutions sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Forsta since September 2022, Pooley drives innovation through the HX Platform, enhancing the integration of customer, employee, and market research experiences. Previously, Pooley held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Fraedom, where responsibilities included developing cloud-based solutions for banks. At American Express, Pooley contributed as Director in various capacities, focusing on business payment solutions and large market sales, and led organizational restructuring efforts in Australia. Pooley holds a Bachelor of Economics from Newcastle University and has completed a Management Development Programme at The University of Waikato.
