Kat Stroud

Kat Stroud, CCXP, currently serves as a Senior Consultant in CX Consulting at Forsta, a company formed from the merger of Confirmit and FocusVision, since October 2021. Prior to Forsta, Kat held various senior roles at Confirmit, including Senior Director and Director of CX Consulting, and was a Senior Customer Success Manager at ForeSee, where responsibilities included managing large UK companies' multi-channel customer experience programs. Earlier career experiences include research and client analysis roles at Adroit-e Research, John Lewis, and the NHS, with foundational education in Psychology from the University of Leicester.
