Adrian Palladino

Adrian Palladino is currently an Associate at Forsters LLP, having begun this role in May 2023. Prior to this, Adrian served as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills from July 2021 to April 2023, focusing on equity capital markets and private mergers and acquisitions in the Sydney corporate team. Adrian also experienced a secondment as Legal Counsel at UBS between September 2021 and January 2022. Before that, Adrian worked as a Solicitor at Addisons from August 2018 to July 2021, where the focus was on corporate and commercial law matters for both private and publicly listed companies. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Macquarie University, completed in 2018.
