Henrik Weiss

Henrik Weiss is an experienced professional in quality, environmental management, and organizational development, currently serving as a Special Adviser at Forsvarsministeriets Ejendomsstyrelse since February 2021. Prior to this role, Henrik held various managerial positions at Denex from January 2009 to February 2021, overseeing quality, safety, and environmental initiatives while leading teams and driving significant projects, including internal training programs and the privatization of the company. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Segezha Packaging from August 1993 to January 2009, where Henrik managed quality and HR functions, participated in critical company transformations, and implemented electronic management systems. Henrik holds a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Management from Aalborg University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
