Kim Norup is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Køkkenchef at Forsvarsministeriets Ejendomsstyrelse since April 2022. Previously, Kim held the position of Head Chef at ISS Catering from January 2017 to March 2022 and worked as Executive Chef at DTU - Technical University of Denmark for a brief period in 2016. Additional experience includes a tenure as Head Chef at Scandic Hotels' Eremitage Hotel from September 2013 to January 2016 and as Head Chef at Fazer Food Services A/S from 1994 to 2012. Forsvarsministeriets Ejendomsstyrelse har et samlet budget på ca. 2,5 mia. kr., vi har 2,6 mio. m2 bebyggelse i vores portefølje, et samlet øvelsesareal på ca. 34.000 hektar og beskæftiger 750 medarbejdere.
