Chuck McBride

Chuck McBride has worked in the technology industry since 2000. Chuck started their career at Massey Energy as an Infrastructure Manager for ERP Systems. In 2002, they moved to Cadmus Communications Corp. as the Director of Systems Integration and Support. In 2005, they were promoted to Director of IT at Cadmus Communications. In 2008, they became the Senior Global Infrastructure Manager at Tredegar Film Products. In 2012, they joined Synergy Technical, LLC as the Chief Technology Officer. Finally, in 2014, they became the CEO of Forsyte IT Solutions. Throughout their career, Chuck has been responsible for designing and implementing various technologies, and has been involved with Microsoft and its Cloud services since the very beginning. Chuck has achieved a number of accomplishments, including reducing operating costs by 30%, building a world-class highly redundant datacenter, designing and implementing a backup solution that reduced the overall backup time by 300%, and managing the development, implementation, and testing of the Information Technology disaster recovery plan.

Chuck McBride has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Statistics from Virginia Tech, obtained between 1984 and 1989. In 2001 to 2003, they obtained an MS in Project Management from the University of Management and Technology. Chuck also has several certifications from Microsoft, including Exam 713: Software Asset Management (SAM) - Core (obtained in October 2018), MCSE: Productivity - Certified 2016 (obtained in September 2016), MCSA: Office 365 (obtained in April 2015), MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional (obtained in June 2013), and MCSE: Messaging (obtained in April 2015). Chuck also has an Azure certification.
