Frankie Kandaya

Frankie Kandaya has been working in the IT industry since 2020, when they began their role as a Cloud Engineer at Forsyte I.T. Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Best Buy as a Geek Squad from 2018. Before that, they held two roles simultaneously, Crew Member at The Go To Crew Raleigh and Overnight Stocker at Toys R Us, both starting in 2014.

Frankie Kandaya has an extensive education history. Frankie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Agricultural and Technical State University in 2013. Frankie then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they completed in 2018. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (obtained in September 2022), MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops (obtained in November 2020), Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (obtained in October 2020), Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (obtained in September 2022), Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (obtained in March 2022), Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (obtained in February 2021), and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (obtained in November 2020).
