Wendi Hickman

Wendi Hickman has a long and varied work history, beginning with a Management Position at Cadmus Communications in 2000. Wendi then moved on to become the Training Manager for Sales & Service at the same company. In 2007, they took on the role of VP Employment Manager at LandAmerica, followed by a series of positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, including Vice President & Chief HR Officer, Assistant Vice President, HR Customer Solutions, and HR Relationship Manager. In 2013, they were hired as the Training & Development Manager at Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc., and in 2020, they became the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mission Lane. Most recently, they were appointed Chief People Officer at Forsyte I.T. Solutions in 2022.

Wendi Hickman attended Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) from 2006 to 2007. Wendi then went on to receive their Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a focus in Public Relations and Business.
