Greg Picarella has a diverse background in human resources and management, with extensive experience in various industries including golf operations, automotive supply, and education. Currently serving in dual roles at Forsyth County Tanglewood Golf Club and Forsyth Country Club, Greg has previously held significant positions such as President of Gregory, Kyle & Associates, Inc., an executive search firm, and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Reynolds American Inc. Greg's earlier roles include HR Manager for multiple automotive suppliers and Employee Relations Supervisor at Ingersoll Rand. In addition to practical experience, Greg has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Chapman University. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Development from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from Colorado State University Pueblo.
