Brandon Hicks

Brandon Hicks has extensive experience in the appraisal industry, currently serving as an Appraiser for Hicks Land Services LLC, First American Mortgage Solutions, and Forsythe Appraisals, LLC since 2018, 2017, and 2015, respectively. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Petroleum Landman at SunCoast Land Services, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included researching and preparing title reports, as well as negotiating right of way for pipelines. Earlier roles included Inventory Control at Planet Pickup and Lot Attendant at Home Depot. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
