H. Alan Burton

H. Alan Burton is a certified residential appraiser with significant experience in real estate appraisal, serving at First American Staff Appraisers since 2012. Previously, H. Alan Burton held the position of Supervisor at the Volusia Soil & Water Conservation District from November 2014 to December 2016, and served as State Committeeman for the Republican Executive Committee from 2008 to 2016. H. Alan Burton also contributed to the City of Ormond Beach as Director of Leisure Services from 1996 to 2005, managing the park and recreation system and developing policies to enhance community quality of life. Prior experience includes serving as Bureau Chief for the City of Orlando from 1993 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Park, Recreation and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University, graduate studies in Business Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor's Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Western Illinois University.
