Nathaniel Key

Nathaniel Key is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 13 years of experience, currently serving as a Technical Investigator in the High Tech Crimes Unit at Harris County Sheriff's Office since September 2022. In this role, Nathaniel conducts direct support of criminal investigations, manages covert operations, collects and processes evidence, and provides aerial surveillance using drones. Previous experience includes serving as a Patrol Deputy and Detective in the Special Crimes/Crimes Against Children Unit at Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, where Nathaniel conducted thorough investigations, developed case strategies, and maintained community and agency partnerships. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
