Rick Moreno

Rick Moreno currently serves as a Detective in the Robbery/Homicide division at Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Police Officer in the Criminal Intelligence Division at Spring Branch ISD Police Department from January 2019 to January 2023. Rick brings with him a wealth of experience from their time as a Senior Police Officer at Houston Police Department from July 1979 to November 2014. Rick obtained their education from Sam Houston State University, University of North Texas, and Sam Rayburn High.
