Crystal Chiu

Crystal Chiu is a finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Sr. Budget Analyst at Fort Bend ISD since January 2019, Crystal has previously held the role of FP&A Manager at Living Water International from November 2015 to January 2019. Crystal's earlier career includes various positions at UCLA, including Budget Analyst in the College of Letters and Science, Fund Manager in General Accounting, and Supervisor in Accounts Payable, from March 2007 to June 2015. Crystal began a career in finance at Titan Group as an Assistant Project Manager from September 2005 to October 2006. Crystal holds an MBA in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and a B.A. in Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo.
