Kimberly Sanders

Kimberly Sanders, MA, currently serves as a Senior Consultant-HR Employee Relations at Fort Bend ISD, a role assumed in September 2024. Prior to this position, Kimberly worked as a Senior Employee Relations Analyst at Houston ISD from January 2022 to September 2024, where responsibilities included providing expert guidance on Employee Relations matters and facilitating documentation reviews for over 124 campuses. Kimberly also held the position of Investigator at Houston ISD, conducting investigations related to EEO, misconduct, workplace bullying, and Title IX complaints. Kimberly's experience in investigative roles extends to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, where duties included investigating reports of child abuse and neglect. Kimberly holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, both from Sam Houston State University.
