Phyllis Dallas-Morris

Phyllis Dallas-Morris is a Business CTE Teacher at Fort Bend ISD since February 2019 and has a long-standing role as Director of the Houstonians Youth Basketball Non-Profit Organization, beginning in August 1997. In the non-profit capacity, Phyllis oversees fiscal, personnel, and program development aspects, manages financial contracts, and ensures tax compliance as a 501(c)(3) organization. Previous experience includes serving as a Fitness Specialist for Adecco Staffing at Centerpoint Energy from August 2015 to February 2019, a Head Girls Basketball Coach and Substitute Teacher at St. Thomas More Parish School from November 2011 to February 2019, and an Assistant Regional Manager for the City of Houston from March 1998 to July 2011. Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Louisville and two associate degrees in Accounting and Human Resources Management from Houston Community College.
