Hunter Nurdin

Hunter Nurdin joined Fort Capital full-time in January 2018 as a Financial Analyst, was promoted to Finance Manager in 2019, and now serves as the VP of Finance. In this role, Hunter manages the Finance team and works directly with the Acquisitions department to implement and execute the company’s investment strategy. His key responsibilities include originating debt financing for all investments, underwriting new investment opportunities, presenting all investment opportunities to Investment Committee, preparing equity offering memorandums, creating & maintaining all forecasting models, and managing the quarterly investor reporting process. Hunter is also a member of Fort Capital’s Executive Team.

Throughout his time at Fort Capital, Hunter has gained relevant experience working with both Finance and Acquisitions teams to underwrite investment opportunities, operate the assets and ultimately execute the investment strategy. To date, Hunter has assisted in the acquisition of $500 million of Industrial real estate and has originated $450 million in Senior Debt Financing.
