Jason Baxter joined Fort Capital in 2015, bringing more than 23 years of real estate industry experience, an acute passion for entrepreneurship, and a vision for transforming big ideas into reality. As Chief Executive Officer / President, Jason oversees Fort Capital’s strategic vision and execution of acquisitions, finances, and annual planning. In addition, Jason oversees the Fort Capital Leadership Team and Investment Committee.

Jason brings more than two decades of knowledge and experience in leadership and strategic business execution. Jason honed his skills and knowledge while working for the nation’s largest, privately-held home builder before joining Fort Capital, where he gained a wealth of experience in building and leading sales, construction, and operations in one of the largest markets in the country. During his career, he has managed the acquisition, development, and sale of real estate assets totaling over $594M.
