Eric Lauver Ed.d.

Eric Lauver, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric is currently serving as the Director of Pupil Services and Technology at Fort Cherry School District, where they supervise various departments and provides training to teachers. Prior to this role, they were the Elementary Principal at Trinity Area School District and also served as an Assistant Principal, Substitute Elementary Principal, and Marching Band Director at the same school. Additionally, they were an Adjunct Professor of Saxophone at Duquesne University, a Unified Arts 6 Team Leader/Teacher in Charge/Music 6 Teacher at Bethel Park School District, an Associate Marching Band Director at Moon Area School District, and a Band Director at Washington County Public Schools. Eric also has experience as Second Assistant Director at West Allegheny High School Marching Band and has worked at Walmart in customer service roles. In their different positions, Eric has demonstrated leadership, teaching, and management skills.

Eric Lauver, Ed.D. has a comprehensive education history. Eric obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Point Park University, where they studied from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in K-12 Principalship at PennWest California, completing their studies from 2011 to 2012.

Earlier in their academic journey, Lauver earned a Master of Music degree in Music Performance, General from Duquesne University, a program they attended from 2005 to 2007. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Music Teacher Education from Duquesne University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their academic degrees, Lauver has also attained several certifications. Eric holds a Superintendent Letter of Eligibility from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, which they obtained in March 2022. Additionally, they acquired a PASMART TARGETED GRANT PDE K-8 PATHWAY certification from the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network in March 2021. Earlier certifications include K-12 Principal (Level II) and K-12 Music (Level II) from the Pennsylvania Department of Education, which they obtained in July 2019 and March 2012, respectively.
