Kelly Weiss

Kelly Weiss is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Fort Erie International Academy since March 2024, Kelly previously held the position of Sr. Manager, People Operations at RATESDOTCA Group Ltd. from June 2019 to March 2024, where responsibilities included implementing client-focused HR strategies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager for Spectrum Brands and Eaton, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and employee relations, as well as a Human Resource Consultant at ADP Canada, managing the execution of outsourced HR solutions. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University and studied at Sheridan College from 2003 to 2006.
