Eric Grospitch

Eric Grospitch is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in student affairs and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Higher Education Consultant and Executive Coach at Fort Hays State University since September 2025, Eric provides strategic recommendations and implements initiatives that align with the university’s strategic plan. Prior to this role, Eric was the Vice President for Student Life at Washburn University, overseeing programs and services for a diverse student body. Eric also held the position of Assistant Vice Chancellor & Dean of Students at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, along with earlier roles in student housing and leadership positions within professional organizations. Education includes a Doctorate in Education Policy and Leadership from the University of Kansas, a Master’s in Counseling from Fort Hays State University, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Fort Hays State University.
