Amanda Ericson

Amanda Ericson, MBA, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Fort Liberty Federal Credit Union since September 2024, Amanda previously held the role of People Operations Business Manager at the YMCA of Austin from January 2023 to June 2024. Amanda's career began with foundational roles at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where Amanda worked as both an HR Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant. Earlier experiences include positions as a Service Coordinator at Home Care by Black Stone, a Paralegal at Croswell & Adams Co., LPA, and an Inside Sales Representative at Diehl Steel. Amanda holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from The State University of New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Communications from Northern Kentucky University.
