Shana Cosgrove

Shana Cosgrove is the Chief Executive Officer of Nyla Technology Solutions, a position held since March 2013. In addition to this role, Shana serves as a Podcast Host for Outspoken Podcast since November 2020 and is a Board Member for both the Fort Meade Alliance and the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, positions taken on in February 2019 and June 2021, respectively. Previous experiences include serving as Managing Partner at VitalUP Marketing from December 2018 to August 2022 and holding Board Member positions with the Baltimore Family Alliance and the HUBZone Contractors National Council. Shana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
