José Martin

José Martin has been a Software Quality Assurance Engineer since 2022, working for FORT Robotics and Builders. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Solera, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where they worked on an internationally awarded, AI powered, claims management solution for car insurance and damage estimates. José also completed multiple instances of in-depth usability testing on Windows and Android, and increased and improved their knowledge of partial loss estimating software by engaging in all available trainings and seminars. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Internet Brands. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Customer Service Representative for The Results Companies.

José Martin studied Systems Engineering at the Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo from 2015 to 2019. José also obtained two certifications from Udemy, The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course + Certification in June 2021, and Understanding Jira for Users, Managers and Admins in December 2020.
