Danny Edsell

Danny Edsell is the President of Fortress, a wholly owned subsidiary of Covenant Health, as well as the Vice President of Covenant Health Properties. He is responsible for overseeing Fortress Corporation as well as system-wide oversight for Real Estate, Construction, Property Management, Plant Engineering, and Security Services. Edsell has been an employee of Covenant Health since 1975. Past positions include Director of Support Services for Fort Loudoun Medical Center and Director of Construction and Renovation for Covenant Health.

Edsell earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a fellow of the Advisory Board and a board member of the Eye Surgery Center of Oak Ridge.
