William Raley

William Raley, PharmD, MBA, MS, BCPS, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Pharmacy at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and is also involved with ASHP as a member of the Section Advisory Group on Technology and Industry Disruptors. Raley completed a PGY2/MS Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency at Penn Medicine and holds extensive experience in various pharmacy-related roles, including multi-hospital committee participation and service coordination through Phi Delta Chi. Raley's foundational experience includes positions as a pharmacy intern at Kroger and as a volunteer pharmacy technician at the Greenville Free Medical Clinic. Raley’s educational background includes a PharmD from UTHSC, an MBA from the University of Memphis, and an MS in Health System Pharmacy Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by additional degrees in pharmaceutical sciences and biology.
