Jim Balderson is the Founder and CEO of Fort Street Partners since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Prior to this role, Jim served as Managing Director for JLL's Salt Lake City brokerage office from July 2012 to January 2023. At NAI West Commercial Real Estate from 2009 to July 2012, Jim achieved the most transactions award among 86 agents, completing 61 transactions and handling over 409,366 square feet with a total value exceeding $27 million. Earlier in Jim's career, as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at NAI BT Commercial from 2007 to 2009, over 60 deals were completed, leading to recognition as Palo Alto's "Deal Maker of the Year" in 2008. Additionally, Jim held positions as a Legal Analyst at Altiris in 2006 and was a member of the Canadian National Basketball Team in 2005, leading in scoring at the World University Games. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University.
