Kyle Etheridge currently serves as the Director of Guest Experience at Potawatomi Zoo, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Kyle worked at Fort Wayne Children's Zoo for nearly eight years, advancing through roles such as Guest Experience Event & Sales Manager, Donor Relations and Events Specialist, and Zoo Keeper focusing on giraffes. Prior experience includes a role as a Media Professional at Federated Media, where innovative multi-media marketing strategies were implemented. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Conservation & Wildlife Management from Unity Environmental University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Communications minor from Indiana University Bloomington.

ABOUT THE ZOO Our Mission: Connecting kids and animals Strengthening families Inspiring people to care The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo is northeast Indiana’s largest tourist attraction, hosting more than 600,000 guests annually. As an AZA-accredited zoo, we are a conservation leader, contributing annually to local, regional, and international efforts to protect wild animals and habitats. The Zoo cares for more than 1600 animals and participates in 63 cooperative species survival plans. As a self-supporting facility, the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo receives no tax dollars for operations. The Zoo’s operations are funded entirely by earned revenue and donations.
