Dr. Joseph Brown

Dr. Joseph Brown currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer for Fort Wayne Community Schools since February 2022 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Marian University since August 2011. Previous roles include Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent at Elwood Community School Corporation from July 2018 to February 2022, and Principal at both Franklin Township School and Noblesville Schools from July 2016 to July 2018 and July 2011 to July 2016, respectively. Dr. Brown also held the position of Principal at Delphi Community School Corporation from March 2008 to July 2011 and began his career as a Teacher at Indianapolis Public Schools and Delphi Community School Corporation from August 2005 to March 2008. Dr. Brown holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Indiana State University, a Master’s degree from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University Indianapolis.
