Hayley Sauer

Hayley Sauer has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 as a Teacher and Girls' Tennis Coach at Logansport Community School Corporation. Hayley later served as an Assistant Principal and then as a Principal at the same school. In 2011, they became a GED Teacher at Cass Logansport Educational Attainment Resource. Hayley also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Trine University from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are the Director for Elementary Education at Fort Wayne Community Schools, a position they have held since 2016.

Hayley Sauer earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Purdue University between 1987 and 1991. Hayley later pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2003. Hayley then obtained a Principal Licensure degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing their studies between 2003 and 2005.
