Lindsay Amstutz has a diverse work experience in the education field. Lindsay began their career as a Social Studies Teacher at South Adams High School in 2005 and served in this role until 2008. Lindsay then joined East Noble Middle School as a Social Studies Teacher from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, Lindsay Amstutz transitioned to Fort Wayne Community Schools, where they served as an Assistant Principal from May 2011 to August 2012. Following this, they worked as an Elementary Principal at the same school from August 2012 until the present.

Lindsay Amstutz earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, with a focus on Social Studies Teacher Education, from Indiana University Bloomington in 2005. Lindsay later pursued a Master's in School Administration and Leadership from Ball State University from 2009 to 2011.
