Courtney Mack, MBA, currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Practitioner and Talent Development Partner at Fort Wayne Metals since May 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney Mack worked at MedPro Group from May 2019 to May 2023 as a Learning and Development Coordinator and previously as a Learning and Development Intern. Courtney Mack's early experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant for Conference Services at Indiana Institute of Technology from April 2018 to June 2020, where responsibilities involved coordinating customer service communication for external rentals. Courtney Mack also completed an Ecommerce and Operations Management Internship. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Indiana Institute of Technology (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree from the same institution (2015-2019), along with a high school diploma from Portage Northern High School (2011-2015).
