Jake Pickett

Jake Pickett is a marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager at Fort Wayne Metals since November 2022, Jake also provides consulting services through Jake Pickett Consulting since January 2015, focusing on an array of marketing functions including brand development, digital advertising, and public relations. Previous roles include Director of Integrated Marketing at Ruoff Mortgage, where Jake developed a new marketing team, and Marketing Manager for multiple companies within the Sweetwater family. Jake’s career began at Marketshare Plus, Inc. as Director of Account Services, and included partnership development for the Trans Am Racing Series. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Administration, Business & Marketing, and has participated in leadership development initiatives.
