Seth D. Sheridan

Seth D. Sheridan serves as the Salesforce System Administrator at Fort Wayne Metals since October 2015, contributing significantly to the implementation of Tacton CPQ and engaging in process improvements across multiple systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Previous roles include Business Analyst and International Customer Service Associate, where Seth developed critical solutions and supported various internal initiatives. As Co-Owner of Sheridan Stables and Riding School, LLC, Seth oversees business operations and management. Prior experience includes roles in sales and marketing, such as Sales Representative at Prentice Products and International Marketing Manager at Knowledge Based Systems, with an early career as a Language Teacher in Japan. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Business Marketing and a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from Indiana University Bloomington.
