Taylor Monaco

Taylor Monaco is a seasoned communications professional with a diverse background in corporate communications and community engagement. Currently serving as Corporate Communications Manager and Community Engagement Manager at Fort Wayne Metals since November 2021, Taylor previously held the role of Director of Communications & Engagement at Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana, where efforts led to a significant fundraising campaign that generated over $1 million in two years. Experience also includes positions as Vice President of Communications at Lasting Change, Inc., and Director of Communications at both United Through Reading and Lifeline Youth & Family Services. A graduate of Miami University with a degree in Communications, Taylor has developed a strong track record in strategic messaging, media relations, and community outreach across various organizations and sectors.
