Theo Jeffords

Theo Jeffords is an experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Fort Wayne Metals since February 2020, Theo has developed expertise in industrial and medical process and manufacturing, specifically in tooling and die creation. Prior to this role, Theo worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Quadrant from August 2017 to February 2020 and gained experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Flare Inc from May 2013 to May 2017. Theo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Purdue University Fort Wayne, earned in 2016.
