Michelle Lee, MSM, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Fort Wayne Neurological Center since May 2021. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, fostering employee relations, overseeing performance appraisals, and ensuring legal compliance.
